Master's Monday Registration

Welcome to Master’s Monday registration for the 2024-2025 school year! Please carefully read the instructions below to ensure you get registered properly.

  • Please click on the registration form button below to print your copies of the required forms to bring with you to in-person registration.

  • Please fill out all information on the registration form.

  • Carefully read our statement of faith and understand you are signing that you agree with it.  If you need a copy for review, please email Lynette Boyer to request a copy. 

  • Carefully read our governing policies making sure your student understands those that are applicable to them.

  • Please be sure to bring checks or cash to pay teachers and the registration fee.

  • We are currently not accepting online payments.
