John Pryor grew up in Papua New Guinea. He returned to America to attend Johnson University in Knoxville, TN, and graduated with a BA in Bible and Cross-Cultural Communication in 1991. Since then, he has been the youth minister at Morrison Hill Christian Church in Kingston, TN (www.morrisonhill.com). An artist at heart, John creates music, draws, paints, sculpts, and writes--and he loves to create fun, interactive, and effective learning environments. Besides teaching countless music and writing lessons, he has taught part time in public and Christian schools (grades K-12) and helped homeschool his four boys. He also earned an MA in Curriculum Design from Colorado Christian University in 2014 and taught an interim class at JU for two years. John simply loves helping others maximize their God-given potential.
